欧盟机械CE认证将只引用MD指令不在引用LVD指令

通知：现在机械产品CE，直接按照MD指令要求出证书，LVD不要求，但是电源部分需符合LVD的要求，EC 符合性声明不应引用低电压指令。
 
§ 63 Machinery covered by the Low Voltage Directive
低电压指令涵盖的机械
One of the objectives of the revision of the Machinery Directive was to clarify the borderline between the scope of the Machinery Directive and the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC 20 (formerly Directive 73/23/EEC as amended) in order to provide greater legal certainty.
机械指令修订的一个目的是为了明确机械指令和低电压指令范围之间的界限，提供更好的法律确定
Article 1 (2) (k) lists the categories of low voltage electrical and electronic machinery that are excluded from the scope of the Machinery Directive.
条款1(2)(k) 所列类型的低电压电子电气设备是在机械指令范围外的
Electrical machinery that is not in any of the categories listed in Article 1 (2) (k) (and that is not concerned by one of the other exclusions) is in the scope of the Machinery Directive. When such machinery has an electrical supply within the voltage limits of the Low Voltage Directive (between 50 and 1000 V for alternating current or between 75 and 1500 V for direct current), it must fulfil the safety objectives of the Low Voltage Directive – see §222: comments on section 1.5.1 of Annex I. However, in that case, the manufacturer’s EC Declaration of Conformity
should not refer to the Low Voltage Directive.
任何不在条款1(2)(k)所列类型范围内的电气设备都属于机械指令范围。当此类机械的电源在低电压指令的电压范围内（交流50-1000V，直流75-1500V），那么它们必须满足低电压指令的安全目标，但是在这种情况下，EC 符合性声明不应引用低电压指令。
Article 1 （2）(k) electrical and electronic products falling within the following areas, insofar as they are covered by Council Directive 73/23/EEC of 19 February 1973 on the harmonization of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits (1):
